General Rules and Regulations

    for the registration in the 

    ISS International Security School & Services GmbH®

    Graduates Data Base

 

    1. To  ensure a professional standard and efficient service to all graduates of  the ISS International Security School & Services GmbH®, every graduate has to declare to agree that the right to use the organization's name (special identification cards) is dependend of the respect  and compliance with the terms and conditions of these general rules and regulations. By agreeing to this, every conceivable harm to the ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® or their Services will be prevented.

    2. These  terms and conditions do not limit the capacity for work or business contacts of the various graduates; on the contrary they should ensure a  high professional standard in the field of executive protection.

    3. Only  graduates of a 7-days intensive course in Germany, or graduates of  courses of  The Israeli Homeland Security Academy (Skornik Tal ltd.)  in Israel or of the Executive protection specialist coures can be registrated in the ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® graduates data base.

    4. Graduates  will receive after their admission a special identification card, which is always valid  for 1 year. The validity can be extended every year by another  year through the successful participation in a postgraduate program /  refreshment weekend training of the ISS International Security School & Services GmbH®in Germany. Only hereby  the ISS International Security School & Services GmbH®  is able to guarantee the preservation of the training  level.

    5. The ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® reserves the right to cancel the registration of  a graduate after the time of one year with immediated effect, for those who have not participated in a postgraduate program /  refreshment weekend training.

     6. The ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® reserves the right to cancel the registration of  a graduate  with  immediate effect, who harms these rules and regulations even within the first year.

    7. The  Israeli security specialists of The Israeli Homeland Security Academy (Skornik Tal ltd.) are available at any time through the ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® for the graduates in order to get advice from them in planning and  acomplishing of security missions and in order to give them the possibility to be their  subcontractors.

    8. The ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® behaves neutral towards its graduates in the respective  countries where the service is performed, especially in matters such as the transfer of various conditions and demands of customers.

    9.The  ISS International Security School & Services GmbH® provides its members with information and  establishs contacts to companies, that offer various kinds of safety and security equipment.

    10. The ISS International Security School & Services GmbH®   guarantees its graduates a high level and professional training, but it's not resonsible for any kind of contacts in between the graduates  or between graduates and customers.

    11. Both, positive and negative information, considering the actions of various graduates  in the area of customer services will be issued to  all  database members.
